VIDEOPROBKI opened incident information system for public usage. Now VIDEOPROBKI key functions include not only traffic data collection but also incidents (car crashes, road maintanance, road closed etc.) at Kiev Map.

 

 

In this system was gathered modern achivements of international experience. Last year our managers attended South Korea with official ukranian goverment delegation to study korean transportation system TOPIS. TOPIS is an integrated transport information and service system, launched in Seul (Korea) to support government officials in shaping sophisticated transport policy through the collection and analysis of realtime data. The TOPIS-data based information service helps passengers to better plan their journeys and select the best modes of transportation by flagging congestion areas, giving estimated travel times, and providing bus arrival and waiting times.
