Satellite navigation system maker TomTom is considering delisting from the Amsterdam stock exchange, business magazine Management Team said.
The rumours sent TomTom shares in Amsterdam up over 15%. Management Team bases its claim on two anonymous financial sector sources.
One source said TomTom's four founders, who control some 47% of the shares, plus private equity groups Cyrte and Janvio, who own 10%, are preparing a bid for the rest of the outstanding shares.
